SERVICES FOR KCAD

Services included in purchasing a new license of KCAD:

• Software delivery via Internet download
• Delivery of a generic supplier list and one Excel template to generate offers
• One year subscription to the download service of updating of applications and supplier lists
• Support for installation issues
  The service is free if provided via email, WhatsAppTM or TeamViewerTM.
  In case of telephone service, the user must bear the cost of the call.

Paid services:

• Technical support via remote connection
• Reinstallations for license moving or after disk reformatting
• On-site training course of 4 hours
• Subscription to the download service of updating of applications and supplier lists
• Preparation by request of specific supplier lists
• Customization of Word® and Excel® templates
